Delivery Policy

 

At Divine Intentions your private selections will be delivered to your door via courier or an international delivery will be delivered via New Zealand post international. For your safety and security all deliveries will require a signature and must be delivered to a physical address, we don’t deliver to post offices boxes or an address in which we deem suspicious. If your are unable to receive your package when the courier calls they will leave a contact phone number for your to call them and arrange a time to pick up your parcel.

 

Our company name will not appear on the outside of your parcel as the sender, only our contact phone number.

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days for pleasure accessories if your item is in stock but this can depend on stock levels and the supplier.

 

As all of our exquisite lingerie is imported from Australia, Cigar accessories are imported from the USA and Cufflinks the UK, we aim to dispatch your order within 7-14 days if your order is in stock.

 

All back orders will be delivered within 28 days unless personally notified.

Returns Policy

 

PLEASE NOTE: New Zealand Health Regulations do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products.

 

However we will make an exception for lingerie resizing providing that the items have not been worn and returned to us in a saleable condition. Items for resizing must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt including proof of purchase. If the resized product is unavailable a Divine Intentions credit note will be issued. This credit cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used to purchase products within the Divine Intentions range.

 

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. In the unlikely event of there being a fault please return to us within 7 days including proof of purchase and we will send a replacement free of charge. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

Please note we do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind about a particular purchase, so we ask you to please choose carefully.
